The region of Puglia located in the southeast of Italy is full of small wonders from the traditional village, incredible geological formations and above all sublime beaches with crystal clear water.
During your visit to Puglia you can’t miss these beaches. The east coast (Adriatic Sea) is an alternation of coves, rocky formations and large sandy beaches. The west coast (Ionian Sea) offers more large beaches and the south of the region (Salento) beaches with crystal clear water.
To help you make your choice, we have listed on a map the most beautiful beaches in Puglia. Some beaches are even compared to the beaches of the Maldives, so there is a strong competition in the region.
We advise you if possible to avoid the period from 01 to 15 August, according to the locals the area is very busy during this period.
In Italian, beach is called Spiaggia or Lido. We wish you an excellent reading and a good swim!
