Que ce soit le march\u00e9 de La Boqueria \u00e0 Barcelone ou les halles de Budapest, chacun a son charme, mais celui de Valence offre une exp\u00e9rience particuli\u00e8re. Des fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais aux \u00e9tals de fromages, en passant par les charcuteries espagnoles. Non seulement, vous \u00e9viterez la foule, mais vous aurez \u00e9galement l&#8217;occasion de voir le march\u00e9 entre deux moments, apr\u00e8s la fin des courses des locaux et juste avant la pr\u00e9paration du repas. N&#8217;oubliez pas de pr\u00e9voir suffisamment de temps pour explorer, vous impr\u00e9gner des lieux et surtout pour go\u00fbter aux sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s.
